I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a former Varsity Track & Field Athlete. I've had abs at 155 lbs and 11.9% body fat and completed a lean bulk all the way to 210 lbs — so I'm very familiar with both burning body fat and building muscle mass.

My clients typically see results within 2 weeks. Stay consistent and you'll notice the change at 2 weeks, your inner circle will notice at 5 weeks, and everyone else will notice at 8 weeks.

I'm already your biggest cheerleader. Other trainers may want to keep you forever — honestly, I don't think you need me after 2–3 months. I want all my clients to become independent. But if you enjoy the guidance, I'd love to stick around.
